adLegus was founded in 2009 and is owned and run by
Johanna Albihn (LL.M.). Since 1994 Johanna has worked as a
company lawyer in the forest industry, the IT sector as well as the business
management software sector.
Corporate law can be a burden for many companies lacking
a company lawyer. adLegus administers the ordinary corporate
law just like an in-house lawyer would, with the difference that the company only pays for the time and
expertise that is required.
adLegus aims at creating long-term business relations and works
closely with the clients in assisting them with their ongoing business.
