Johanna Albihn, at adLegus, will coordinate and be responsible for the contract work under a project at Byggmaterialindustrierna with the purpose to suggest a modified version of ABM07 (general terms and conditions for the purchase of Goods for Professional Construction Businesses).
The contract project is a collaboration between Svenskt Trä, Byggmaterialindustrierna, Trä- och möbelföretagen, Golvbranschen, Svensk Betong and Stålbyggnadsinstitutet among others.

2012-08-15: adLegus, a winning provider of SL’s procurement of legal services
AB Storstockholms Lokaltrafik (SL) has this spring decided to procure legal services and adLegus AB’s tender was accepted in June 2012. SL and adLegus have now entered into a three year agreement during which period adLegus and Johanna Albihn will assist SL with legal advice in various types of business law assignments.
2012-05-21: adLegus’ Johanna Albihn has been accepted as a member in the Swedish Timber Arbitrators Association

2011-10-10: adLegus represents the Swedish Forest Industries Federation in the development of a new Europe agreement.
The Swedish and Finnish lumber export industry undertakes an extensive revision of the industry’s export agreements, initiated by the Swedish Forest Industries Federation. Johanna Albihn, previously a lawyer at the Swedish Lumber Export Organization, has been appointed to lead the revision work. The goal with the revision is to replace a majority of current contracts under one new agreement with the working title ”The Europe Agreement”.
